From @dridgeo11: Do you think this is the best roster of WRESTLERS that the WWE has ever had?
It's pretty close. I think the group they had from around 2000 to 2003 was probably the best they ever had because I think of the cards they had at WrestleMania 17 and WrestleMania 19 (in my opinion the two best WWE PPVs ever). It's hard to top all the talent on those shows that were in featured matches. From top to bottom, WWE's roster is full of so many performers that can put on great matches every week. There's a very good mix of veteran guys like Brock Lesnar, John Cena, Daniel Bryan, Randy Orton are very capable while younger guys that have been on the main roster for less than three years like Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Finn Balor and so on have so much talent. Then if you look at the divas, they really are doing something cool and different with them that's going to change the company in a good way. One of the problems that WWE will run into is that they will be unable to utilize everybody in a positive way. Certain young guys aren't getting the chance to do more like a Bo Dallas or a veteran like Damien Sandow. Since there's so much talent, it makes it tough on others. The other side of it is that you can easily say it's not the best because TV numbers are down, attendance at live events isn't great and even though business is strong, it's not like they are close to what they were doing 15 years ago. If the roster was so great, there would be bigger draws that would cause more people to tune in. In terms of in-ring talent, they do have a very gifted group that will put on some amazing shows for years to come.
