9. Roman Reigns As WWE Champion Before WrestleMania?
From @Disable_MMi: Could you see a situation where WWE puts the belt on Roman Reigns sooner than Mania? If so, who challenges him?
That seems unlikely to me. Obviously we know "anything can happen" in WWE and we've seen it so many times over the years, but Reigns is an ascending star that's going to get rewarded with a WWE Title push at the best time possible. If they did it before WrestleMania then it would be too soon. It also wouldn't be as impactful as if it happened at the biggest show of the year. The plan for Reigns is the obvious one: win the Royal Rumble in dominant fashion and then win the WWE Title at WrestleMania 31. Whether that WWE Title win is against Brock Lesnar or somebody else, we don't know at this moment. It's probably going to happen, though. A way for Reigns to get it earlier would be if guys like Cena & Lesnar got injured, but even if that happened they would probably put it on Orton. Rollins would be another option too. It's hard to come up with a scenario that would make WWE give Reigns the WWE Title before WrestleMania next year.
