From @nalley_justin: If Vince doesn't book NXT then how do we get the bookers of NXT to book Raw & Smackdown?
Convince Vince McMahon to retire. Good luck with that one! He's 69 years old and has said he isn't going to step down any time soon, so nothing is going to change because nobody is going to tell him to just go away. As far as we know, Triple H is the brains behind NXT along with his team of guys that he trusts the most. Vince watches the show, but he doesn't even go to NXT that often to see it. That is Hunter's "baby" so to speak. It's a good way for Hunter to learn about running the show and based on how good NXT has been this year, it's fair to say that Hunter has done really well in terms of doing that. If you watch all the WWE shows then you probably like NXT the most. I certainly do. It's a slower paced story, the payoffs are good and the matches are usually great when they get time at the Takeover specials. Keep in mind, though, that it's easier to tell stories on one hour wrestling shows that build to specials every three months as opposed to five hours of Raw & Smackdown every week leading up to PPVs every four weeks on average. All we can really do is hope that people that only book Raw & Smackdown can see NXT, take the elements that work from it and apply it to those other show. Simple concepts can work on the bigger stage.
