From @dmanning87: How do you see technology being further integrated into the wrestling business? Social media, streaming, live feedback etc.
That's a very unique question. It's actually a bit of a surprise that WWE doesn't do more with technology. While they promote the hell out of Twitter all the time, they rarely do polls to set up matches. They were doing shows like Taboo Tuesday a decade ago yet these days when technology is much better they shy away from it. That seems weird. They should think about showing matches on the WWE App. Maybe film a house show match once in a while, give the fans a closer experience and show it on the WWE App. Perhaps WWE could do something where fans can enter a contest and win a Skype call with their favorite superstar backstage during Raw. Put the wrestler on Skype with a kid, let them talk for a couple of minutes, post it online and encourage others to do the same. Their Youtube channel is massive with 5.3 million subscribers and 2.8 billion (yes billion) views. They should do more than just Triple H sitdown interviews on there. Have wrestlers cut promos, show bonus matches, do sit down promos with the wrestlers and more things like that. It's not like WWE is going to do away from their TV shows, but they can certainly add to their product by using technology more than they do.
