From @BarkFu: Are guys like Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens bringing wrestling full circle back to an Attitude Era-esque type movement?
The best comparison to the Attitude Era that you could say with regards to today's WWE roster is that in terms of talent the group you see in WWE today is very good. They really are going to have a deep roster for the next 5-10 years since they have so many talented performers between the age of 27-32 including the three you just mentioned. When fans reminisce about the Attitude Era, the focus should be on how good the roster was in 2000-01. That's when they had their best PPVs, Raw was filled with exciting matches and the booking was better too. It's what WWE has to try to get back to although it's not easy. It likely won't be like the Attitude Era in terms of having as many crazy matches, bloody battles, weapons and scantily clad women. Those days are over at least for the foreseeable future. In terms of talent, WWE is definitely on the right path and the Elimination Chamber show will be a good example of that.
