2. What Will Happen To Wrestlers Like Cody Rhodes And Aron Rex If WWE Buy TNA
For some reason I can't embed @j_mcdowell's question (or they deleted the tweet for whatever reason), but it concerned WWE's potential purchase of TNA. Should Vince buy out his closest North American competition, what would become of recently departed TNA stars such as Cody Rhodes and Aron Rex (Damien Sandow)?
Although you'd imagine such disillusioned wrestlers would look elsewhere for work, perhaps Lucha Underground or Ring Of Honor, I'd very much enjoy seeing both men returning to WWE under an angsty new gimmick.
The story of cast-aside rebels seeking vengeance has been done before, but the immediacy and controversy of their return could make for a compelling series of matches with WWE loyalists.
