10 WWE Roster Trades That Must Happen In 2018

5. Pete Dunne To Raw

It's looking increasingly likely that Pete Dunne's Monday Night Raw cameo last month during the company's UK excursion was just that: a brief, tantalising glimpse of the Birmingham talent.

To be fair, it's not like there's any big rush to move the UK Champion to the main roster. He's only just turned 24 - a mere baby in wrestling years - and what's more he still, for now, has commitments in the company's British wing (if that's still a thing, anyway).

At the same time, though, it sort of feels like he's already served his apprenticeship, having shared some of the best matches of 2017 with arch-nemesis Tyler Bate. His whole shtick is that he's cocky and young too - if they wait too long to throw him in the mix then he may lose 50% of that to time.

Should he get his chance, Raw somehow seems like a better fit. His unique ring style would stand out more on a show whose roster is currently made up of big, powerful guys than it would on SmackDown, where Nakamura has already kind of cornered the market on Strong Style.
