10 WWE Ruthless Aggression Tag Teams You Totally Don’t Remember
1. The Heart Throbs
Obscure even among the obscure, the team of the Heart Throbs, Antonio and Romeo, were unspectacular wrestlers saddled with a ladies men gimmick that, like so many on this list, meant that they were almost guaranteed to never achieve lasting success in Vince McMahon's travelling circus.
In fact, possibly the most shocking thing about this lame concept was that it ever actually featured on pay-per-view, where the pair were one of five teams to take part in the tag team turmoil match at Backlash 2005, though screen time was kept to a minimum as they were the first team to be eliminated.
Unfortunately, but perhaps unsurprisingly, it quickly became apparent that there was no room for the duo on a two-hour episode of Raw, and much of the Heart Throbs subsequent WWE tenure was spent jobbing on Heat to the likes of William Regal and Eugene, and The Hurricane and Rosey before being released in February 2006, less than a year after their debut.
