Not even layers of body paint could hide the well-toned body of The Irish Prince, whose abs carry more definition than an Oxford dictionary.

The Finn Bálor we all know and swoon over today initially took shape during his time in Japan as Prince Devitt. Whilst already having a body that most of us would sell our nan for, Finn decided to set himself apart from the pack, wanting to not "...just [be] this 210-pound, 5'11" wrestler in Japan". From there, he would make major modifications to his diet for the first time and drop and cut in an effort to become more "aesthetically pleasing". He also attributes his cheese-grater stomach to "laughing every day [...], a positive mental attitude and looking at everything happily" - and really, who has time for that anymore?

In his interview with GQ, Bálor credited some of his fitness post-SummerSlam 2016 (where he tore his labrum in his match with Seth Rollins) to physiotherapist Kevin Wilk who taught the former Universal Champion better and safer ways to engage his shoulder, without having to lift overhead. This has led to Bálor focusing his workouts on accessories and being more clinical in the gym.

Work smarter, not harder eh?
