10 WWE Stars Who Are RIPPED AS HELL Right Now

9. Dexter Lumis

Dexter Lumis was never not in shape. He was always jacked, but before he joined the Wyatt Sicks stable, he was a more “blocky” type of jacked. It seemed to inhibit his movement.

Or did it?

Lumis used to wrestle with a deliberate pace, with the idea that he’d bust out something “atypically” athletic deeper into his matches. Peaking at the finish is a good idea, but Lumis wasn’t so spectacular with it that he’d draw a pop. His matches in NXT/WWE were invariably quiet. He wasn’t sinister enough to do the early ‘90s Undertaker style and get over with it.

A rethink was required for a wrestler who did well to draw attention through an ability to no-sell blinking, which was only going to take him so far.

He has leaned out considerably over the last few months, and has discovered a sense of dynamism in the process.

While he isn’t confused for a top-tier worker, the new Lumis has dropped the methodical pretence and is even somewhat explosive in lively six-man tags built around the Sicks throwing him into their opponents.
