It's never been less important to have killer abs and bulging muscles in WWE. That may seem like a sweeping statement, but consider all the different shapes and sizes the company have hired in modern times. Although it can pay to have a seriously good body, it's true wrestlers need more than huge biceps or massive deltoids to cut it with fans these days. Just look at Kevin Owens.

It can't be easy to maintain an impressive physique when out on the road for so many days a year anyway. That's always been the case, of course, but WWE performers work a much more fast-paced, physical style than they did a generation ago. Now more than ever, WWE stars must be robust.

That only makes it even more extraordinary that several on the current roster are in the best shape of their careers. Better yet, a handful worked their way back from serious injuries or crippling self-doubt to become ripped to shreds...
