10 WWE Stars Who BADLY Need New Gimmicks After WrestleMania 40

8. Zoey Stark

Ultimately, a fine association (whilst it was ongoing) with Trish Stratus didn't launch Zoey Stark to the next level on Raw's roster. If anything, she slumped right back into the glut of struggling workers as soon as Trish lost a cage match to Becky Lynch at Payback last September.

Seriously, what has Zoey been handed since? She's been a punching bag for Lynch on house shows and formed WWE's latest going-nowhere female tag-team with Shayna Baszler. Stark is walking proof that sometimes there's no follow up on decent ideas - her union with Stratus should've been a game changer career-wise, but it really wasn't.

Boo.

Maybe Zoey just plays the enforcer role too well and has zero charisma to speak of beyond that gig. It's possible, but everyone deserves a chance to actually develop their character and see what happens. Zoey won't be able to do that playing the generic tough gun for hire type forever.
