10 WWE Stars Who DESPERATELY Need Something New

8. Xia Li

Bianca Belair Triple H
WWE

Booking Xia Li as the female locker room's "great protector" wasn't a bad idea when WWE tried it on in 2021. Sadly, they lost interest quickly, and Xia has been stuck in creative hell ever since. Recently, she's been popping up on 'C' level programming like Main Event, which few watch.

That "protector" gimmick is in WWE's rear view mirror, so it's time for something new. Xia is simply too talented to be rotting away on the sidelines losing five-minute matches to Candice LeRae on weeklies hardly anybody pays attention to, put it that way.

She deserves another opportunity to offset creative disinterest and make a stab at main roster life. To get there, Li herself is blatantly gonna have to drum up a fresh idea herself and force it down WWE's throats for a while. Basically, she has to think of something that'll grab attention.

Anything would be better than what she's doing now.
