Robert Roode oozes star qualitty

In TNA, Roode was a two-time World Heavyweight Champion and, alongside James Storm, a proven tag team technician. While he has been able to flex his tag team skills in WWE, fans have been deprived of a Roode run with the WWE or Universal Championship. He held the NXT top prize for 203 days, and many would be forgiven for thinking he was bound for similar success on the main roster.

Upon debuting on SmackDown, he entered the mid-card United States Championship chase, holding the championship for 54 days in 2018. Yet, Roode’s main roster run has been defined by his tag team work alongside Chad Gable and currently Dolph Ziggler. Both of whom, he held Tag Team Championships with.

Roode is designed for world championship success – from his luxury robes that glitter like the solo gold just out of his grasp, to entering with the most rapturous and rousing entrance theme of the CFO$ era. Robert Roode has the ingredients to be a new classic, all WWE have to do is throw him into the World Championship mix.
