10 WWE Stars Who Were Drafted To The Right Show (And 5 Who Weren't)

1. Cesaro To Raw (Wrong Show)

The 2016 WWE Draft was a newsworthy night for a multitude of reasons, but perhaps no one had fans talking more than next day than Cesaro. Conspicuous by his absence earlier on the Draft, Cesaro was saved until the last round on SmackDown Live, where he was selected to be on Raw.

Needless to say, that didn't leave fans very happy, nor did it rub well with the outspoken Swiss Superman.

He was interviewed afterward during the Draft Center special on WWE Network about making the move to Monday nights and he outright said he would have preferred to be on the wrestling show, SmackDown. Cesaro also admitted to not caring about who ran Raw and the politics going on behind the scenes, essentially venting the frustrations of just about every member of the WWE Universe.

We'll see where this new direction takes him, but Raw already has enough talented midcard competitors, and what Cesaro needs right now is to be brought up to the next level. Perhaps that push will come on Raw, who knows, but it is far more likely he be given a chance at super stardom on SmackDown.

Hopefully a trade is in order, because the blue brand is where he belongs.
