Wherever that was, it was a hot breeding ground for the wackiest WWE gimmicks.

The unbridled humidity. An occasional dragon rising up above the trees and a river of lava flowing through the center of town. Stores full of studded, spiked and neon ring gear and an endless supply of face paint sit on every street corner. Politicians scream incoherently at the press and citizens run uncontrollably from place to place, huffing and puffing as they do so. Parts Unknown is a fairly intense community that has turned out some of the most polarizing, interesting and captivating Superstars in World Wrestling Entertainment history. There is a certain aura that surrounds the men who hail from Parts Unknown. Those men are more mysterious and often look significantly different from the rest of the roster, standing out as a result. They wear eye-catching outfits, they decorate their faces with paint and string tassels around their bulging biceps. Most of all, they connect with they connect with the audience thanks to the uniqueness of it all. As each year passes, wrestlers from the distant land of Parts Unknown become rarer and rarer. Rather than giving enigmatic Superstars an actual hometown, even a fictional one, the creative team simply ignores that important aspect of a performer's presentation. Now, in celebration of a hometown whose true location remains a mystery, and in hopes that it one day pumps out future champions the way it has in the past, relive 10 oddities who called Parts Unknown home.
