10 WWE Superstars Most Likely To Succeed In UFC
4. Jack Swagger
Jack Swagger has been involved with combat sports since the age of five, and participated in both wrestling and American football in high school, before heading to the University of Oklahoma where he still holds the record for most pins in a single season.
Jim Ross, who in fact brought Swagger into the WWE, said in an interview a few years ago that Swagger, along with Dolph Ziggler, probably had the best shot from the roster of succeeding in MMA, and it's easy to put a lot of faith in the word of a man as learned as good 'ol JR.
Chance Of Going To UFC: Swagger's being used horribly in WWE and has been for a long time, so it really depends upon how much Swagger enjoys the comfort of his position, or whether, at 34 years of age, he feels like trying something new.
Then again, given the likelihood that Swagger will get future endeavoured over the next year or so, perhaps the choice will be made for him. Moving to UFC would feel like a natural fit even if he wouldn't be the prize draw of Brock Lesnar or CM Punk. 6/10
