10 WWE Superstars Set For A Big Push Following WrestleMania 36

5. Elias

WWE WrestleMania 36 Elias Baron Corbin

Elias vs. Baron Corbin may not have been WrestleMania 36's most exciting match but 'The Drifter' got the job done and came off solid in doing so, his work looking tighter and more impactful than ever before. A perfect wrestler he most certainly is not, though he's far removed from the awkward, plodding clunker he was upon moving to WWE's main roster.

That Elias, the babyface, defeated Corbin with a handful of tights likely means The Feud Must Continue™. If he wins the rematch, Elias will move up. WWE's King is a gatekeeper. He wins only to solidify his position and maintain slithers of credibility to ensure that defeating him means something, though this is undermined when his feud stretch far beyond their natural conclusions (see: Roman Reigns).

Regardless, Elias is an entertainer, a character, a personality, and somebody that WWE clearly likes. He's a useful midcard figure who can drift in and out of spotlights with minimal damage to his credibility and should be in-line for something solid once he has properly dispensed with Corbin.
