10 WWE Superstars Who Could Debut (Or Return) The Night After WrestleMania 32

2. John Cena

One of the biggest blows WrestleMania 32 has faced came in early January, when John Cena suffered a shoulder injury. While Cena is famous for coming back from surgery much earlier than expected, turning a six to nine month recovery time into less than three months of healing seemed like a tall order. Even though Cena seemed to be teasing an early comeback on Twitter, fans were sceptical. Cena was expected to take on The Undertaker at WrestleMania, but when Shane McMahon was announced as 'Taker's opponent, that seemed to indicate that Big Match John wouldn't be fighting fit in time for the show of shows. Sure enough, Cena confirmed last week that for the first time in over a decade, he won't be competing at WrestleMania. Still, what would WrestleMania weekend be like without an appearance from the man who's still the top star in WWE? Like Cesaro, he won't be ready to wrestle for a while yet, but Cena could easily show up on Raw to hype his comeback and set up a future feud - and maybe even tease a WrestleMania 33 match with The Undertaker or Roman Reigns.
