7. Cesaro
WWE fans were crestfallen when Cesaro was put out of action with a torn rotator cuff. Not only has The Swiss Superman been one of WWE's most consistent performers over the past four years, but many hoped that injuries to the likes of Randy Orton and Seth Rollins would push Cesaro into a more prominent spot on the card. The former United States Champion shattered hopes again when he announced that he would not be performing at WrestleMania 32. Cesaro may not be ready for a spot at WrestleMania, but perhaps he'll be cleared soon after, and he can make an appearance on Raw. While wrestling is pretty much out of the question, if Cesaro were to interrupt a top heel (maybe the winner of the Andre the Giant battle royal), challenge him to a match in the future, and assert his interest in competing for the WWE Championship, there's no doubt that the fans in attendance would be very, very happy indeed.
