Last Time We Saw Them: He of much 80s coolness was last seen slouching on a sofa watching Matt Riddle beat Kona Reeves on the latest NXT episode. This is all part of the build towards Velveteen Dream vs. Riddle for the North American Championship at TakeOver: New York two nights before WrestleMania 35.

Why They'd Debut: Despite only holding the NXT North American Title since January, Dream is primed to hit the main roster. Sure, WWE could prolong his feud with Riddle into August's TakeOver before SummerSlam, but why bother when there's a ready-made successor and Velveteen is Raw or SmackDown ready?

Riddle would be a fine North American champ, and Dream's excellence belongs on a larger stage anyway. It's literally perfect for the more casual audience WWE's main roster plays before; Velveteen has the ring skills hardcores drool over and the character, mic skills and confidence that'd get him over with those who don't watch NXT too.

He's good to go 24 hours after 'Mania.
