We are merely weeks away from WWE Evolution, and yet one of the pioneers of the women's revolution was completely left off the SummerSlam card. Sasha Banks is responsible for some of the best women's matches of the last few years, but now she's lucky to even get featured on a PPV kickoff show.

After weeks of bizarre 50/50 booking during The Boss' frenemy angle with Bayley, the WWE Universe doesn't really know what to expect from either of them. Sure, it seems like the creative team is still slowly building towards the long-awaited battle between the pair, and somewhere along the line decided that it should take place at Evolution instead of SummerSlam, but that doesn't mean that both superstars should be irrelevant before they get there.

As the female division focuses on Evolution, it's time that WWE takes the angle seriously and lets Sasha run wild with it. They had previously teased a full-on heel turn with the character but never followed through. Perhaps that would be enough to spice up her character and remind people that she should not be messed with.

Either way, new Raw Women's Champion, Ronda Rousey is going to need worthy challengers in the future and right now, Sasha isn't even on the radar — even though she has every right to be.
