10 WWE Superstars Who Desperately Need New Entrance Theme Music

1. Roman Reigns

The heady days of bashing anything and everything to do with Roman Reigns are long gone. The Big Dog (okay, that nickname needs to go) has gone through a heck of a lot in recent times, from annual WrestleMania coronations to a successful battle against leukemia, all the while fighting Baron Corbin in the feud that just will not die. Reigns isn’t a magnet for boos anymore; he might just be one of the company’s most dependable top stars.

Despite this, there’s still something that seems to be holding Reigns back from becoming the generation-defining megastar that he could be. The Shield is long gone but Reigns remains tied to that group, still wearing the same attire and entering to the same music, minus the phonetic alphabet introduction. Roman Reigns remains tethered to the memory of the Hounds of Justice.

The time has come for Roman Reigns to fully shed his Shield skin. New gear is required, nothing radical, just a change from the look he has sported for half a decade. More importantly, The Shield’s entrance theme must now be resigned to the bin of history, allowing the Big Dog to step out on his own, like some sort of beautiful Samoan prince butterfly coming out of his cocoon. Or something like that.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
