10 WWE Superstars Who Will Leave In 2019

10. Goldust

Currently, the Golden One is recovering from surgery on both his knees, and has used his time off to become an honorary sheriff’s deputy in Williamson County, Texas. This honour is one the 30-year veteran is taking seriously as he begins to wind down his in-ring wrestling career.

In a September interview, Goldie hinted that he may be about to hang up the flashy jumpsuits, ditch the face paints and focus on a new chapter of his life. When wrestlers actively start talking about retirement, it shows they're coming to peace with the decision to move on, and it therefore makes sense to believe 2019 will be Goldust's last as a WWE worker.

He's had one hell of a run, and there's nothing more to achieve.

Should Goldust retire, then he'd be effective as a road agent, producer or creative mind behind the scenes. Before that, he's likely to take some time off to rest and get stuck into the spoils of his labour over the years.
