10 WWE Superstars Who Will Never Be World Champion Again

8. Kane

For a man who has wrestled around the main event for 17 years in WWE, it's frankly staggering that he has reigned as the WWE Champion for a combined total of exactly one single day. People have speculated about when the former Issac Yankem (DDS) will decide to hang up his in-ring boots for years now but as he closes in on the big five zero, one would think it can't be too far away. As such, some have clamored for Kane to be given one last run as the WWE Champion before he retires but it's just simply not going to happen. A victim of being in the right place at the wrong time during his peak years, Kane deserved a bigger run as champion in the late 90s, but ultimately fell victim to the supernova stardom of Steve Austin & The Rock and his brother's superb run as a heel in 1999.

Betting on being a brilliant brother to Bodhi since 2008 (-1 Asian Handicap). Find me @LiamJJohnson on Twitter where you might find some wonderful pearls of wisdom in a stout cocktail of profanity, football discussion and general musings. Or you might not. Depends how red my eyes are.
