10 WWE Tag Team Champions Less Worthy Than Nicholas

7. John Cena & David Otunga

Look at the f*cking face on John Cena in the above image. 'The Champ' isn't even there, let alone here for whatever David Otunga is trying to get him involved in.

The makeshift Nexus pairing concludes this 2010/11 square of sucktitude (yes, cribbed from Edge & Christian - the only credible duo to be mentioned in this entire list) not by being the last of the bunch from this big yellow mess but the dirt worst.

A hideous splinter story from the disparate 'John Cena joins The Nexus' angle, Otunga's partnership with 'The Champ' was enforced by Wade Barrett to humble his hated rival, but 'Big Match John' as usual overcame the obstacle with his incomparable competitive spirit or whatever they were calling it that week.

What made this worse than all the rest was how it buried both the titles, the young wrestlers involved and others in the division ordinarily exiled from the wretched tale. Champions Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre were beaten clean as a whistle, only for leader Barrett to eventually force Otunga to lay down for fellow stablemates Heath Slater and Justin Gabriel. This, despite the fact Wade had orchestrated the apparently foolproof plan to begin with.
