10 WWE Things That Only Made Sense With Hindsight

8. Seth Playing The Waiting Game

Seth Rollins' waiting game didn't make a great deal of sense, right up until the moment his music hit during WrestleMania 31's main event.

It became particularly confusing a couple of hours earlier, too, when 'The Architect' emerged second best in the show's opener against Randy Orton, seemingly dashing fans' hopes of seeing a cash-in later in the night (after all, you don't really have any right to challenge for the title after you've just taken a clean loss).

But give WWE their due: everything seemed all of a sudden neat and tidy when Triple H's protege came rushing down to the ring just as Lesnar had Roman beat, making the last few months of waiting in the wings seem instantly worthwhile (a prolonged feud with Jon Stewart possibly excepted).
