Why It Should Happen: Oh, come on. It's BROCK LESNAR versus STEVE AUSTIN aka a license to print money. These two guys are icons in the wrestling world and a match between the two is sure to get even casuals and non-fans talking about and watching the product. Austin and Lesnar were supposed to clash in June 2002, when Lesnar had only been on television for a couple of months, but the match never happened as Austin walked out upon hearing that he was supposed to job clean to the rookie. A heel Lesnar could easily claim that Austin cost him a big moment and that his only regret is never having beat him. Think about it: who hasn't Lesnar beat? He's beaten Cena, The Undertaker, Triple H, The Rock and every other big star he's faced throughout his career. But he's never beaten Austin. That's all the ammunition you need, right there. Austin and Brock are friends and there is a great deal of respect between the two. Austin himself even admitted to Paul Heyman during a podcast from April 2014 that he would be 'tempted' by a match with Lesnar. What Are The Chances: WWE would love to book Lesnar against Austin at WrestleMania 32. It's one of the biggest matches still left in wrestling. It's guaranteed to increase Network subscribers and may also do a hefty number on PPV for people who just want to see that match. The major worry would be putting someone like Austin, who has a history of neck injuries, in the ring with a guy as physical as Lesnar. Austin's no princess when it comes to getting physical, but let's be real here - Lesnar is a completely different animal and seemingly only knows one speed. Lesnar/Austin is a match that Austin should only agree to do if he feels physically able to take the expected punishment.
