10 WWE Wrestlers' Gym Routines You Need To Try

10. Seth Rollins

'Crossfit Jesus' Seth Rollins' incredible physical shape doesn't just look amazing - although it does - but is also responsible for his phenomenal in-ring stamina allowing for hour-long gauntlets such as the one he excelled in on Raw earlier this year.

Rollins may not be the biggest, but he's unquestionably one of the fittest. It didn't happen overnight however, and is the result of hundreds of of gruelling hours spilling sweat down the gym. As part of WWE's 'Body Series', The Architect pulled the curtain back on some of his regime secrets - which includes a full body workout every single day. A typically insane gym session goes as follows:

1. PERFORM DYNAMIC WARMUP2. PRACTICE SKILL WORK FOR 15 MIN.• L-SIT• PARALLETTE PUSHUPS• HANDSTAND WALKS3. MAIN LIFT*• FRONT SQUAT 6 SETS OF 3 REPS4. METCON• 50 BOX JUMP, 24 INCH BOX• 50 JUMPING PULL-UPS• 50 KETTLEBELL SWINGS, 1 POOD• WALKING LUNGE, 50 STEPS• 50 KNEES TO ELBOWS• 50 PUSH PRESS, 45 POUNDS• 50 BACK EXTENSIONS• 50 WALL BALL SHOTS, 20 LB BALL• 50 BURPEES• 50 DOUBLE UNDERS

That 'dynamic warmup' is a 15-part programme which would be enough for most people to throw in the towel. Man's a machine.
