10 WWE Wrestlers Who Deserve A Payrise

1. John Cena

If the last pick was controversial, then this number one pick is outrageous. But think about it. If you're the number one guy, the best at what you do, and the company is more reliant on you than ever - would you not expect a raise? John Cena is still the number one draw in the business and is still shifting the most merchandise sales. With WWE losing money and moving toward a new business model, they've been more reliant on Cena than ever before. He's carried the company on his back at times. This is a man who will not see his home for over a month, as he travels all over in his mission to represent the WWE brand. With CM Punk gone, more work fell upon Cena than ever before. With WWE undergoing several shifts in the last year, he was the one constant who could be counted on. He's already packing away a salary of $3.5 million. However, he would've been one of the people most hurt from the loss of pay per view bonuses, as he's consistently responsible for drawing the shows. A payrise to $4 million would help to raise his moral.
