10 WWE Wrestlers That Bumped The Best For Braun Strowman

9. The 2018 Raw Tag Division

A deeply flawed WrestleMania 33 programme for 'The Monster Among Men' saw Braun Strowman chase down The Bar and their Raw Tag Team Championships without ever bothering to try and find a partner.

The titleholders had beaten just about everybody in a hugely dynamic doubles division in 2017, before they came faces to face with a singles star the company had ran out of opponents for at the worst time of year. The culmination infamously saw referee's son Nicholas Cone picked out of the crowd to win alongside Strowman on 'The Grandest Stage' for the good of an okay-ish sight gag, but what a load of sh*t we all had to sift through to get there.

Generously, this built from his babyface turn the prior year after Sheamus, Cesaro and The Miztourage threw him in a bin lorry, but this was mostly just about Vince McMahon pushing one his giants over all of his doubles acts. The payoff was child's play, but the setup took a lot of adults sacrificing their credibility for the culmination and its one-day reign.
