The Bulgarian Brute Rusev is currently dominating his opponents every week on Raw, and even in a two on one handicap match Rusev is still booked like a beast. Along with his manager Lana, it looks like Rusev is going to eventually get a push further up the card in the months to come. But instead of having him be sacrificed to yet another one of John Cenas overcoming the odds storylines, why not give Rusev a decent run with one of the lower tier titles? Imagine if Rusev got his hands on the United States Championship. With the support of Russias President Vladimir Putin, Rusev as United States Champion would make him hated by the fans. The best way to get a foreign heel over is by making him an unstoppable American championship. Every special event would have a babyface opponent representing America trying to dethrone Rusev of his title, but with the dreaded camel clutch finishing maneuver, many of them would fall before his might. With the real life concerns over Russias incident with Crimea, Rusev would be the champion that fans would pay to see get defeated by a true American. Perhaps a face turn for Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter would do the trick, but thats for another discussion.
