4. Alberto Del Rio (Intercontinental Champion)
Poor Alberto seems to be wandering aimless these days. A former two time WWE and World Heavyweight Champion, Del Rio has been to the mountaintop only to be pushed back down to the bottom. He has Money in the Bank and Royal Rumble achievements as well, and yet there doesnt appear to be any more directions for him to take. He rose up to the ranks so quickly that he didnt take the time to enjoy a reign with one of the secondary titles. Luckily, theres still plenty of time for Del Rio to do so. A run with the Intercontinental Championship would be just the kick start that Del Rio needs in order to return as one of the top performers in WWE. He has put on great matches in the past, and he also knows how to work a crowd with his mic skills. The only thing missing for Del Rio at the moment is a shiny gold title he can carry around. Maybe then the gold pyro, the expensive cars, and even Ricardo Rodriguez as his official ring announcer will all return for Del Rio. Even if he doesnt win the gold, a couple title matches against Bad News Barrett would still be great to watch.
