10 WWE Wrestlers Who Are Almost Unrecognisable Since Debuting
3. Alexa Bliss
We've already covered Bray Wyatt, so let's move on to his former counterpart, Alexa Bliss. The evolution of her gimmick is profound, as she went from playing a sweet as sugar character to a horror-inspired demonic presence, and it's taken her miles away from her debut look.
Before making her official televised in-ring debut, Bliss worked around the company in a non-wrestling capacity, interacting with Paige on NXT, performing as a ring announcer on a taping and taking part in Triple H's WrestleMania XXX entrance. She'd eventually find her way inside the ring, and her look was quite distinct.
Bliss began life in a glitter fairy gimmick as she'd walk to the ring smiling, blowing glitter everywhere and dressing in a bright blue outfit. From there, Bliss went through multiple stages, including a run as the heel manager of Blake and Murphy, and eventually, a tonne of main roster success in a Harley Quinn inspired get-up.
One thing that was constantly teased throughout her run was a partnership with Bray Wyatt. This eventually came to fruition as she joined the Firefly Fun House and started to play with a more demonic character. Now that she's separated from The Fiend, she's a far cry from her early days, as the wholesome glitter fairy is well and truly dead.
