10 WWE Wrestlers Who Are Having A Very Bad 2022

4. Rick Boogs

Poor Rick Boogs.

He's only here due to a nasty injury suffered during WrestleMania 38's opening match. There, mid-tag bout vs. The Usos, Shinsuke Nakamura's guitar-playing hype man tore up his quads and the match was cut short. This was a quite depressing launching point for the weekend, but there was no way Boogs could continue.

There's a chance that WWE would've strapped a rocket to Ricky boy after his team with Naka had run its course. He always gets a respectable reaction from live crowds, and has ditched the 1980s rocker look which might've held him back as a serious singles star.

None of that matters now. Boogs will be on the shelf for a while, and there are no guarantees about his spot when he's fit and able to return. WWE life moves fast, and it may well leave Boogsy behind. That'd be a pity, but it's not out of the question.
