10 WWE Wrestlers Who Have VANISHED From TV
6. Erik
Erik of The Viking Raiders suffered an unfortunate fall from grace when tag partner Ivar had a nasty fall on the 7 September edition of Raw, resulting in a severe cervical injury. You just knew that the future didn't look bright for Erik as a singles star.
That's not to say he's not a good wrestler, of course. The issue is that he's better known as a tag wrestler.
Being off television since 9 November, where he failed to lift the 24/7 Championship from R-Truth, the former Raymond Rowe does technically have a reason for his absence. His wife, former WWE star Sarah Logan, gave birth on 9 February. Still, though, that's exactly three months after his last televised matches. There's no denying Ivar's injury has massively impacted his usage.
The former Raw Tag Team Champion was one of the highlights of the short-lived Raw Underground, during which he destroyed the competition. Aside from that, losses to Bobby Lashley, Titus O'Neil, and Riddick bloody Moss haven't done him any help. Don't expect to see this Viking Raider back until his pal is ready to go.
At least he can enjoy being a dad for the time being.
