10 WWE Wrestlers Who Have VANISHED From TV

2. Wesley Blake

To say Wesley Blake hasn't had the greatest WWE career thus far would be the understatement of all understatements.

He did little of note other than jobbing in the black and gold brand, aside from an enjoyable reign as NXT Tag Team Champion with Murphy. He formed The Forgotten Sons with Steve Cutler and the problematic Jaxson Ryker, with a main roster move quickly being canned after some controversial social media activity on Ryker's behalf. A return a few months later with Cutler and King Corbin was also abandoned following Cutler testing positive for COVID-19.

At the time of writing, Blake is yet to resurface, having not wrestled a match since the Money in the Bank pay-per-view on 10 May. Yikes.

Right now, the one thing that could realistically save Blake's career is a reunion with Murphy. Seth Rollins' former disciple has also suffered as a result of Cutler's release, having been penned to be a rival of Corbin, Blake, and Cutler before the positive test came back. Together, Blake and Murphy were excellent, and one of the only genuinely great assets to NXT's tag division at that time.

After all, SmackDown's doubles division could do with some new additions - and it's not like Murphy is doing anything else at the moment.
