KO's assault on the chairman on this week's SmackDown was shocking for a couple of reasons.

The first was that it seemed to come out of absolutely nowhere. The former US Champion had beef with Shane, but Vince - who suspended his son for putting his hands one of his SmackDown employees - appeared to be playing the role of peace-maker.

Second, the sheer blood-curdling brutality of it all. The boss, 72 last month, didn't just take a headbutt; he leaned in to a full-throttle nut, getting busted open the "hard way" in the process, then laid down for a 300-pound frog splash.

Vince's head was probably sore the next morning, but this whole thing has to be great news if you're a KO fan, because it means he's one of the trusted few given the nod to beat the crap out of the boss.
