10 WWE Wrestlers Who Really Weren't Worth The Trouble
6. Kevin Nash
CM Punk had just overcome the mighty John Cena in the main event of SummerSlam 2011 to become the undisputed WWE Champion and was celebrating this monumental victory with every screaming fan in the Staples Center. But, this moment was still missing something. You know, like a Kevin Nash run-in that would ultimately cost the new champ his title?
Said no human being (besides perhaps Michael Hamflett) ever!
Yet, that still didn't stop WWE pulling the "Big Sexy" trigger and kick-starting a surreal feud between the "Voice of the Voiceless" and the former Diesel. Then, instead of the pair squaring off in a match at the upcoming Night of Champions PPV (as was previously planned), Triple H stepped in at the last minute due to Nash legitimately not being medically cleared to compete.
Eventually Nash was able to take part in a bout later down the line, but the Punk ship had thoroughly sailed. So he wound up doing the job for old pal Trips in a Ladder match (with added sledgehammer) at TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs.
The whole thing was unfortunately a huge waste of time, stifling Punk's ridiculous momentum and producing just one underwhelming singles match all because "The Game" fancied working with one of his buddies for a spell.
