10 WWE Wrestlers Who Should Have Bypassed NXT
6. WALTER
It's no secret that Vince McMahon adores big monster performers. His desire to push colossal men has been at the core of his business since he took ownership of the company, which is why there have been so many come and go monster heels in WWE. But while Vince has failed time and time again with wrestlers like this, WALTER would have been the success he's always searching for.
There's no mistaking this otherworldly wrestler, as his intimidating size, menacing grimace, and thunderous chops are all one-of-a-kind. He's been tearing NXT UK up since day one, and his monumental run with the United Kingdom Championship is something that would have been missed if he'd gone straight to the main roster. But his potential could have carried him through SmackDown or Raw effortlessly.
There's a distinct lack of monsters on the show right now. While the likes of Omos and Commander Azeez are about, they hardly live up to names like Big Show or Kane. WALTER, however, absolutely does, as he's fast-paced, puts on spectacular matches and could be one of the biggest heels on the show.
