10 WWE Wrestlers Who Were As Frustrated As The Fans

5. Cesaro (Again)

With Kayla Braxton and Paul Heyman as his audience this time around, Cesaro at least had some storyline momentum going into this latest broadside at the WWE treadmill he's been running on for close to a decade.

Building off Heyman's association with Roman Reigns and his own Elimination Chamber opportunity to fight 'The Tribal Chief', 'The Swiss Superman' said;

"I can't remember the last time I had a chance the Universal Title or any Championship in WWE, and I'm still going because I believe hard work pays off. And I believe in every single person out there that believes in me...and to every single person who believes what they're doing is right...doing it the right way, with the right integrity, with the right motive in mind...that matters. Everything you do or say matters!"

He dovetailed his love for the audience with his love for wrestling and how that contrasted with the motivations of the Reigns character in such a way that served as yet another reminder of just who the f*ck this multi-lingual superhuman is.

But then, he didn't win at Elimination Chamber. Nor did he find himself positioned against Reigns for Fastlane, nor does he look well-primed for something major at WrestleMania. Will this be just another false dawn?
