10 WWE Wrestlers Who Were As Frustrated As The Fans

Peyton Royce's March 8th Raw Talk speech drew lots of attention online for the candid subject matter and believable, earnest delivery.

Sound familiar?

The former IIconics member was just about spot on her assessment of things in the desperate Monday Night Raw Women's division. She noted first how it was a shame current Champion Asuka was currently shelved, but also that this whole machine has always charged forward on ruthless terms and conditions stating that "when a talent goes down, a spot opens up".

She queried, with conviction, why that spot was going to the usual suspects instead of her, which - judging by Twitter the next day - was the question being asked by many.

"My potential haunts me" was her final big takeaway, ahead of fighting back tears and ending with another flourish about feeling like her time's been wasted. So was this promo, probably. Vince McMahon doesn't watch Raw Talk, and if he did he'd only script it within an inch of its life and make it worse.

More's the pity - in a meritocracy, Royce just talked herself into a push. But WWE isn't one, so this sadly might be as futile as all the rest.
