100 Greatest WWE Royal Rumble Moments Ever

70. John Morrison = Parkour King (2011)

"That is where parkour pays off!"

Michael Cole excitedly yapped that line after watching John Morrison jump to safety from the fan barricade onto the ring steps in 2011. Yep, this was pretty much identical to the spot Naomi would work years later in 2019. No-one out there can blame her for borrowing from JoMo though, because his antics got a big reaction from everyone watching and WWE still replays the clip today.

The Prince of Parkour had been coming into his own as a singles star for a while, but it was moments like this that helped Morrison stick out from the midcard pack. Things could've gone terribly wrong as soon as he jogged down the aisle, however, as John kinda slipped a little when he was bounding up onto the apron. The embarrassment would've been real had he fallen flat on his back at ringside.

There was another wobble during a springboard spot with CM Punk, but Morrison came through and earned a spot in Rumble lore forever by performing his killer stunt jump.
