That's...that's gotta be Kane, and look! He's driving a golf cart after tossing Raven through a window. Those were just some of the madcap spots Kane, Raven and Big Show had up their sleeves for the trio's Hardcore Title roadshow at WrestleMania X-Seven. Fans there live didn't even mind watching much of it on big screens, 'cause they understood the hardcore division's slapstick appeal and realised these guys were putting on some show.

As legend has it, Raven accidentally ran over some key cabling backstage on his own golf buggy that almost knocked the power out. That could've been awkward, and would've led to Vince McMahon repeating his age old question: 'Who hired Raven?!'. Thankfully, the power held up, and the pay-per-view marched on following this bizarre Hardcore Title thriller.

Raven's job was safe, but his body wasn't. All three of these dudes beat the snot out of one another. Admittedly, it was slightly odd to see ex-World Champs like Kane and Show battle for the lowly Hardcore belt, but there's a case to be made that their star power elevated the thing's importance for a while. Kane didn't care about rank - he celebrated like he'd won the main event.

Kanenites everywhere shed happy tears.

There isn't much more to say about the match other than this: Go watch it if you haven't since 2001. 100% sit down with some popcorn and an ice cold drink to watch if you've never had the pleasure. This was as good as the Hardcore Title scene ever got on WWE's biggest annual stage.
