100 Wrestlers NOT In WWE Hall Of Fame - Ranked

90. Ultimo Dragon

Not In WWE Hall Of Fame
WWE

Why They SHOULD Be In:

Ultimo is particularly fondly remembered among '90s wrestling fans, who revere his flashy high-flying style and incredible speed. He had productive runs in Mexico and WCW, as well as his native Japan, and would eventually become a promotor and training, aiding in the development of CIMA, Taiji Ishimori, Kazuchika Okada, and a host of others.

Why They AREN'T In:

His brief WWE run came was unspectacular, and much of his peak ring work is overstated as it was more visible to American audiences than many of his more talented peers.
