Why They SHOULD Be In:

Though far from a great "wrestler," The Sandman is an emblematic ECW figure who epitomised the cult promotion's '90s success. His ring entrance is one of the greatest of all time, the kendo stick is an iconic weapon, and his blue-collar past as a construction worker made him an incredibly easy figure to rally behind. Sandman may not have known an armbar from an abdominal stretch, but he's an extreme hero.

Why They AREN'T In:

Sandman's WWE run was underwhelming. He also used to smash a beer can off his skull to the point of drawing blood, and PG is a thing.
