During his organisation's 1990s nadir, Vince McMahon once thumbed through a copy of new in-house publication Raw Magazine and demanded to know why his television product wasn't even half as good. Bruce Prichard, Jim Ross and Jim Cornette were amongst the trusted few in his braintrust at the time and they didn't have an answer. Editor-In-Chief Vince Russo was suddenly an influencer, and McMahon's output and (fortunes) transformed radically within months.
