Why They SHOULD Be In:

An influential technician whose catch-as-catch-can style changed the game in Japan and America, Robinson is revered among purists and historians, though he'd have undoubtedly benefitted from being born a decade or two later. Nonetheless, anyone who has ever worked a shoot-adjacent style (from Kurt Angle to Hideki Suzuki) owes him a huge debt of gratitude.

Classic bouts with Giant Baba, Verne Gagne, and Nick Bockwinkel took place four decades ago, but still stand up today.

Why They AREN'T In:

He only stopped by WWE for a cup of coffee and had a reputation for being tough to work with.
