Why They SHOULD Be In:

Ted Turner loved having wrestling in his programming package - his loyalty to WCW (and eventually his thirst for toppling Vince McMahon) ensured the safety of the promotion during its darkest days and the enrichment of it during its unexpectedly prosperous ones.

Why They AREN'T In:

Vince McMahon didn't shy away from his dislike of 'Billionaire Ted' when they were both at war, but effectively became a different version of him in his own right - only the most stubborn of old fogeys would want to put a thumb on another aging fella having a nice night out.
