100 Wrestlers NOT In WWE Hall Of Fame - Ranked

17. The Great Muta

Not In WWE Hall Of Fame
WWE.com

Why They SHOULD Be In:

Muta was an icon either side of the Pacific Ocean thanks to a spirited run in WCW buttressing his legendary stints in Japan. A pioneer and superworker, he was one of the few Japanese stars that made the best of Western cliches about his artform.

Why They AREN'T In:

It's all very non-Vince. The company inducted Tatsumi Fujinami, but he at least had the odd publicity shot with the World Heavyweight Title going for him.
